A four-hand massage is a type of massage in which two masseurs or therapists work together on a single client. Technical massage techniques are practiced in rhythm with each other and the same pressure and pace are applied to both sides of the body (left and right), increasing the level of muscular relaxation as well as the massage benefits received.
